Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to build loan origination teams. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional service delivery. This role requires strong leadership skills, a commitment to excellence, and a passion for empowering both clients and team members to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch performance goals, including loan production and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of loan officers and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, referral partners, and the community to drive business growth.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze market trends and branch performance to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Prepare and present reports on branch performance and key metrics to senior management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in mortgage lending or financial services, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, lending guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships.
• Ability to analyze data, develop strategies, and drive results.
• Proficiency with mortgage software and technology tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred).
