About Us

Global Capital Mortgage Lending, Inc. (GCM) is a residential mortgage lending company headquartered in Irvine, California. This company was built by Steve Manion, who, with decades of experience in mortgage lending, real estate and financial markets, over the last several years helped build what became a large mortgage company, with nearly 1000 loan agents, in nearly all 50 states, with billions of dollars in annual closed loan volume. Aside from managing every conceivable administrative detail, Steve conceived and developed the entire back end technological infrastucture for the company. That company still currently relies on Steve's genius. Today, Steve has taken his technological genius and applied it to his company, GCM, providing a unique and next level experience for you, the mortgage client.

GCM brings to you real time price quotes that can be locked in, if you so choose, within minutes. What you see is what you get. The cost and rate quotes are provided up front, designed to be almost exactly what they'll be on the day you close your loan. You can keep coming back to the site to check your real time price quote at no cost or obligation until you see a rate/cost scenario you like, and then you can lock in your loan right then and there.

GCM is also designed so you don't have to waste lot of time talking to salespersons. We're always available to assist and consult as needed, but we make it so you don't have to speak to a salesperson to decide if you want to get the loan you want. Once your loan is in process, you get a real time data feed in your own GCM intranet portal to keep track of everything going on with your loan.
