Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Loan Officer to join our dynamic team. As a Loan Officer at Global Capital Mortgage Lending, you will play a critical role in helping clients achieve their mortgage goals. You will work closely with clients to assess their financial needs, provide tailored loan options, and guide them through the lending process with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
• Educate clients on available loan products, including conventional, government-backed, and jumbo loans.
• Assist clients in completing and submitting loan applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Analyze client financial information to determine eligibility for loan programs.
• Maintain clear and transparent communication throughout the loan process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and other referral partners.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, loan products, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Loan Officer or similar role in the mortgage industry.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to analyze financial information and recommend appropriate solutions.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Strong sales and networking skills with a client-first approach.
• Proficiency with mortgage software and technology tools.
• Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) in accordance with federal and state regulations.
